To help you to fit meditation into your daily routine, trainer and wellness expert Carlie Barlow has developed a 7 day meditation programme – perfect for those new to practice as well as those who are a little more experienced.

Each session is only 10-minutes long, but will give you just enough time to pause, escape the world, and take some well-earned ‘me time’.

There’s no equipment needed, but we recommend you find a warm, dark and quiet space, wear comfortable clothing and find yourself a cushion to help take some of the strain away.
