Introducing the Female Health Series at David Lloyd Clubs

At David Lloyd Clubs, we’re proud to launch the Female Health workshop series, an inclusive collection of seminars designed to support, inform, and empower women at every stage of life.

Whether you’re navigating the menstrual cycle, perimenopause or beyond, these seminars are here to open essential conversations and provide practical, science-backed insights into female health.

But this isn’t just for women — everyone is welcome. These seminars are also appropriate for men who want to better understand and support the women in their lives, whether that’s partners, daughters, friends or colleagues.

Each seminar is led by our specially trained Female Health Leads, who have completed training with industry experts at The Well HQ. Our Female Health Leads are passionate about sharing the latest insights into female health and creating an inclusive space for education, discussion and community . They are well-placed to guide you toward further resources or support should you need it.

So, what’s included in the workshops?

The Female Health Series covers a range of topics, including:
• Understanding the menstrual cycle and how it affects exercise and movement, mood and energy at each phase
• Building a resilient body
• Navigating perimenopause, menopause and stress with confidence
• Pelvic floor health for all stages of life
• Breast support and health – addressing breast support and health, and the importance of a well fitted bra when moving and exercising
• Fuelling and nutrition to support the needs of women and hormonal health

We hope these seminars create a greater awareness, empowerment, and support for female health in every aspect of life.
