David Lloyd Clubs have something for everyone – babies, adults and everyone in between! Maybe you’re a family who are looking for a place to spend time together. Perhaps you’re retired and would like somewhere to meet new people and keep active. It could be that you need a fitness space that lets you squeeze in workouts before or after a busy day at work. Wherever you are in life, we’ve got just the thing for you.

Work out in the gym

Head to the gym and use our state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment for an effective workout. Want to switch up your routine? It’s worth booking a session, or series of sessions, with one of our experienced personal trainers.

Get into group exercise classes

Exercising with other people is a great way to keep motivated. With more than 10,000 fitness classes running across our clubs each week, you can take your pick! We have Mind & Body studios are for holistic classes like yoga and Pilates, High Impact studios  for those sessions that’ll get your heart racing, and our Group Cycling studios have a great range of sessions on the bikes. There are gym floor classes, too.

Short on time? The majority of our classes are less than an hour!

Hit the courts

Tennis, badminton and squash – we have a great range of racquets sports and even better facilities and instructors to help you perfect your game. We also have Padel and pickleball at selected clubs.

Swim some lengths

Swimming pools

Swimming is a brilliant form of low-impact cardio exercise. We have indoor and outdoor heated pools across our clubs, which make hitting the water the most enjoyable experience possible. Clock up lengths on your own, have a swimming lesson, or take part in a group class in the pool.

And relax…

If you have a little extra time after a hard workout in the gym, pool, studios, or on the courts, why not spend some time relaxing in our spas? All our clubs have a sauna, steam room and whirlpool for you to ease those achey muscles. Some clubs have an extra-special Spa Retreat, available with particular memberships.

Keep the family entertained

There really is something for the whole family at David Lloyd Clubs. The kids can enjoy a DL Kids session, which could be anything from active fun, to Make and Create classes. Or they could try out our Swim or Tennis Stars programmes – our fantastic coaches will build their skills and confidence in no time. There are also soft play areas in our Clubrooms, and creches (available at an additional charge) if you need childcare while you’re working out.

Make the Clubroom work for you

After exploring the club and using all our facilities, lots of our members enjoy spending time in our Clubrooms. We have space for you both to work and to socialise, all while enjoying delicious food and drink.
