We all need time to tend to our mental well-being. Meditation can be a powerful way to achieve this.
Making time to meditate can help you to reset after a tiring day or focus your mind early in the morning for what lies ahead.
That’s why we asked trainer and wellness expert Carlie Barlow to develop a seven-day meditation programme – perfect for those new to the practice as well as those who are a little more experienced.
Each session is just 10 minutes long, to make it easier to fit meditation into your daily routine. These meditations have been carefully designed to give you enough time to pause, escape the world, and take some well-earned ‘me time’.
There’s no equipment needed. We recommend you find a warm, dark and quiet space, wear comfortable clothing and find yourself a cushion to help take some of the strain away.
